I am a Minnesota born and raised, praciticing ICU nurse turned Nurse-Entrepreneur. The apple didn’t fall far from the tree (being the daughter of a cardiac nurse and a business man). 

Aside from my obsession with fresh air, all things Lake Superior, a refreshing glass of wine, and my black leather jackets…

I am driven to positively impact and support as many current and future nurses that I possible can. I am taking my passions of nursing, teaching, health, life, fitness, and goalgetting and turning it into digestible content for you!

Grab a glass of wine, a quadshot venti iced coffee, or a lakesuperior cocktail on the rocks (thats what we call a glass of ice water up in my neck of the woods) and settle in!

I’ll be your friend, believer, encourager, motivator, ride-to-work pump up, your ride home reset, your after shift pick-me-up, your online preceptor, and instructor for all things health care and life related as we navigate this journey together.
